EVENTS: Gandia Blasco @ Salone
ARENA by SØREN ROSE
In a staging conceived by Søren Rose to enhance the context of use of our brands’ designs and minimize environmental impact through the use of wood, stone, and natural fibers, we unveiled our new collections and designs to visitors at Salone del Mobile 2024.
ARENA is the first collection by Gandiablasco designed entirely with organic inspirations and transferred to a purely industrial process. A purist design collection, entirely monomaterial, 100% made in powder-coated aluminum that provides durability and resistance.
Each piece in the ARENA series features rounded elements and undulating cutting lines. On one hand, its elements remind of traditional wicker furniture, even with basketry craftsmanship, due to its rounded forms and the finish of its edges. The wide curved slats recall the work in wood veneer typical of Scandinavian design.
EVENTS: Salone 2024
From April 16-21 2024 Salone Milano, Fairground rho.
Plank-ton is represented with a whopping 6 brands in Milan. CTO lighting, Pedrali, Gandia Blasco, LZF lighting and RS Barcelona. In need of tickets? We will be on location the Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday we will be in the city to absorb Milan further.
Hall 6 B30 CTO is doing a colab this year with House of Rohl and focuses solely on bathroom lights IP44 rated.

NEW: Diabla season 2024
DIABLA is known for its connection to culture and art. This year it proposes an immersion in the golden years of cinema to reclaim its valuable architectural heritage. A journey through dream temples that, around film premieres and screenings, generated a rich social life in a combination of fantasy and emotions.
Captured in true DIABLA style, these surprising and unique outdoor scenes are dressed up with their new furniture pieces. The carefully curated fabrics create an very cool vibe!
NEW Fabrics
From Reviva, an Italian company specializing in the production of PET fabrics from recycled plastic containers, they present captivating weaves and design patterns.
In addition, Alejandra Gandía-Blasco has created, in collaboration with a musicologist, a series of fabrics inspired by the harlequins of the Commedia dell'Arte.

Crassevig is in the design hall 10 D8 showcasing it’s new Finna chair. See how Ramos & Bassols ultimate challenge was to obtain the comfort of an armchair by working with an extremely thin surface of recycled plastic, designing as with a sheet of paper.

Chair made from aluminium tubes diligently welded to achieve a clean and understated aesthetic. A truly original design capable of adding sparkle, creativity and style to any outdoor space.

A lightweight, stackable, strong everyday chair. A succession of thin aluminium slats, laser cut and bent into curves, continuously from the seat and backrest.

EASY by ROCÍO GAMBÍN
A collection of chairs, including a version with and without arms, accompanied by a side table that also works as a stool. Made from aluminium, it pays attention to the inclination and curve of the backrest. They stack easily and are designed for outdoor use. Its range of colors and versatile aesthetic make it fit in both indoor and outdoor environments.

NEWS: appointed new agent GAN Rugs, Gandia Blasco and Diabla!
Founded in 1941 with a heritage of textile creation, Ganida Blasco Group is now an international designer furniture, handmade rugs and outdoor lifestyle brand. Designers include Swedish-Italian Luca Nichetto, Carla von Zweigbergk, and Patricia Urquiola.
As we continue to evolve, we are pleased to introduce Plank-ton Interiör as our agent for the Swedish and Finnish markets. Based out of Stockholm, Frank is representing the three brands in our portfolio GANDIABLASCO, GAN Rugs and Diabla!
With a passion for the outdoors and Mediterranean roots, GANDIABLASCO is a lifestyle. 25 years creating high end designer furniture for contemporary environments to enjoy 365 days a year. Swedish resident and Italian native Luca Nichetto designed the Onde family seating family for out- and indoor use.
GAN is a brand firmly rooted in design and based on handmade products. With designs from Patricia Urquiola and the newly launched Crochet range by Swedish Carla von Zweigbergk, FRONT and Neri&Hu to name a few, GAN is an established brand in Scandinavia.
Diabla! Is the youngest and most vibrant brand in the family of three. Here creativity and colour put their mark on the design.

EVENTS: Study trip Spain
September kicked off with a group five architects from Stockholm, Malmö and Jönköping for a "studieresa" to Spain, visiting brands RS Barcelona , Gandia Blasco / GAN rugs, LZF
We visited their showroom and production, met the people behind the brands and got hands-on with the fantastic craftsmanship.
Did you know?
RS Barcelona: ...all the football players are handpainted by an artisan named Ella. They can be customized to be as diverse as we are, with a range of physical characteristics, including male, female and non binary players.
GAN RUGS: ...has worked with 2 Swedish designers for their Collection. Front Design the Parquet collection, Carla von Zweigbergk recently launched Crochet based on the old technique of crochet
LZF: ...you can choose from 12 wood veneer finishes to mix & match it to your taste. Their Koi lamp is a whopping 3,25 long and weighs 33kg on the bone - soon to been seen in Stockholm!
EVENTS: Trade show Insperior Göteborg
Over 600 registered visitors came by Insperior on Monday the 29th of August. Enjoyed meeting new architects and those of you we work with today. The booth was a pop of pink with elements honoring the breast cancer month of October. With LZF Lamps we designed and gave away a veneered brooch in the shape of the pink ribbon. Furthermore we had Crassevig chairs, Gandia Blasco and GAN Rugs on display
RS Barcelona Javier challenged the visitors for a sporty game of foosball. We loved the energy and compact set up of the trade show and will surely return for next years event.
