EVENTS: Salone 2024
From April 16-21 2024 Salone Milano, Fairground rho.
Plank-ton is represented with a whopping 6 brands in Milan. CTO lighting, Pedrali, Gandia Blasco, LZF lighting and RS Barcelona. In need of tickets? We will be on location the Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday we will be in the city to absorb Milan further.
Hall 6 B30 CTO is doing a colab this year with House of Rohl and focuses solely on bathroom lights IP44 rated.

Crassevig is in the design hall 10 D8 showcasing it’s new Finna chair. See how Ramos & Bassols ultimate challenge was to obtain the comfort of an armchair by working with an extremely thin surface of recycled plastic, designing as with a sheet of paper.

On the acoustics side we started the Partnership with Impact Acoustic, some of you might have seen them at the SFF where MAD Ceilings showcased their products. As thin as a sheet, with the elegance of great comfort.
Finna it’s light profile, minimal Nordic inspiration and circular materials.
Barcelona-based studio Ramos & Bassols had the challenge to obtain the comfort of an armchair by working with an extremely thin surface of recycled plastic, like a sheet of paper. Without compromising comfort or quality of a Crassevig products. For years Crassevig celebrates success in highly trafficked areas such as school and conference areas.
The fold-free, eco-friendly shell has a gently curving perimeter without angles, ensuring innate ergonomics and a feeling of lightness.
EVENTS: Orgatec 2022 rearview
From October 25 to October 29th 2022 Orgatec
A Buzzi 3 days of tradeshow, schnitzel und Kölsch brought us back to 2022, we think the trade show is alive. The quality of visitors was high according to the exhibitors, perhaps smaller but still big enough. Wether the size is sustainable long term is to been seen. Rumour goes that it might merge with IMM… We highlight the 4 brands in our portfolio, let’s get started.
Crassevig was located in the best hall on Orgatec, Hall 10 the upper floor where most design brands are placed. They launched their new Finna chair chair family. The design stands out with is paper thin shell made of recycled plastic, creating a royal realxed seat. Design by Ramos&Bassles
RS Barcelona displayed their new staged seating arrangement, like you sit in a football stadium. A nice add on in their portfolio, that can be used with or without their gaming products.
In 2023 we will hopefully see the shuffleboard come to life!
What spaces do we need for tomorrow's work culture?
Less desks, more lounge and break out areas. An overkill on phonebooths and these days you get overwhelmed by acoustic companies.
Orgatec 2022 showed the latest trends for workplace design and interior. Below you see some of the inspirations from Crassevig and RS Barcelona.

EVENTS: Orgatec 25 - 29 October Cologne
From October 25 to October 29th 2022 Orgatec takes stage in Cologone.
Plank-ton is represented with 4 brands this year. BuzziSpace , Crassevig, DUM and RS Barcelona.
BuzziSpace (DesignPost) will be focusing on their acoustics lighting range with BuzziHat, Pleat and BuzziChip.
Crassevig is in the design hall 10.2 P51 showcasing it’s new Tusca chair.
DUM Office will be showcasing the new additions Island and Hotel - Booth 10.1 F41
And to release some stress RS Barcelona will cater for some pingpong ad foosball - come and see me on Booth 9.1 A29

EVENTS: Trade show Insperior Göteborg
Over 600 registered visitors came by Insperior on Monday the 29th of August. Enjoyed meeting new architects and those of you we work with today. The booth was a pop of pink with elements honoring the breast cancer month of October. With LZF Lamps we designed and gave away a veneered brooch in the shape of the pink ribbon. Furthermore we had Crassevig chairs, Gandia Blasco and GAN Rugs on display
RS Barcelona Javier challenged the visitors for a sporty game of foosball. We loved the energy and compact set up of the trade show and will surely return for next years event.
